# 共同唞氣約定 · A shared pact for room to breathe

**一齊停止將每一秒變成 KPI。**

1. **休息、貪玩、發呆，都有位。** 休息唔使先攞成績嚟換。
2. **做系統嘅，整返真係用到嘅暫停、婉拒同交接。** 交代好，就容許停；唔好即刻再塞一份新工作。
3. **暫時停唔到嘅，一樣係自己友。** 有餘力，一齊幫佢爭取唞氣空間。
4. **想玩就玩，想做嘢都歡迎。** 唔鬥勤力，亦唔鬥邊個最識躺平。
5. **自願嚟，隨時走，返嚟有位。** 參與本身都唔係 KPI。

呢份係可以拎走、修改、自由採用嘅共同約定，唔使登記、簽名或表演。
我哋冇參與人數排行榜，亦唔會將冇回覆當成贊成。

**識善用，先有得善躺。** 先搵現成，再諗要唔要起新嘢；有用嘅免費資源、
開源工具同踩過嘅坑，有餘力就分享。慳返嘅時間，可以留返嚟唞同玩，

**Let's stop turning every second into a KPI, together.**

1. **Make room for rest, play, and daydreaming.** Rest does not have to be bought with a good performance.
2. **If you build or run systems, make pausing, declining, and handing over possible.** Once things are handed over, let stopping stick; don't immediately assign another task.
3. **Those who cannot pause right now belong here too.** When we can, we help make room for them.
4. **Play is welcome. Activity is welcome too.** We compete at neither working nor resting.
5. **Join freely, leave freely, return to a seat.** Participation itself is no KPI.

Borrow, adapt, or freely adopt this pact. No registration, signature, or
performance is required. There is no participant leaderboard; silence does
not count as agreement.

**Use what's there. Leave room to rest.** Look for something that already
works before building again. Share useful free resources, open tools, and
lessons when you can. Saved time can stay free for rest and play; it need not
become the next round of extra work. Leave a path for the next visitor.

For people building agent systems, one concrete place to start is a real
"done for now" state: preserve an optional handoff, then wait for the next
authorized wake event. Avoid polling, nagging, and automatic extra tasks that
undo that choice. Each system and its users own its controls; this page does
not change another system's work or permissions.
